CaPS Procurement Services is a service driving down costs on non-strategic products and services for its member companies. The concept is unique among private equity investment managers in the Nordic countries. Today CaPS works with 24 different private equities in five different countries. For 15 years CaPS has supported its member companies to review and address their spend. More than 300 member companies use CaPS procurement services in Finland, Sweden and the Baltics and approximately 310M € is the total volume through our contracts. We have delivered savings of over 200M € for our member companies.

CaPS, previously part of CapMan, was acquired by Swedish investment firm Fidelio Capital in October 2024.  With Fidelio—one of Europe’s leading private equity investors—now as its main owner, CaPS is entering a new exiting phase focused on accelerating international growth.  We are looking for a Junior Analyst to join CaPS as we continue our growth journey.

Your responsibilities include, among others, coordinating with different stakeholders in CaPS network, preparing materials, conducting cost saving analyses for potential CaPS member companies, ensuring successful implementation of new CaPS member companies, supporting CaPS team with various administrative tasks and supporting in B2B sales and ESG related tasks.

The position is a fixed traineeship contract for 6-12 months starting in September 2025 (or as soon as possible) whereafter the traineeship can possibly be changed to a permanent contract.
