Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Captain - Food and Beverage at our Giza location. Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring customer satisfaction, training and supervising staff, and maintaining the highest level of hospitality standards. The Captain will coordinate with team members, ensure smooth service, and address any issues promptly to guarantee a positive guest experience. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in the food and beverage industry, including service standards and operations.Strong leadership, teamwork, and personnel management skills.Customer service skills, with the ability to ensure a positive guest experience and resolve concerns effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with staff and communicate with guests professionally.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and maintain composure under pressure.Attention to detail and ability to ensure a high-quality and efficient service experience.Relevant certifications in hospitality or food safety are a plus.Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
