More than 8,500 dedicated employees, including 1,000 people in R&D and technology, are committed to making our customers successful.Job Profile-specific Building BlocksDevelop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and state regulations.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.Coordinate and deliver training programs for employees to promote EHS awareness and best practices.Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine causes and recommend preventive measures.Collaborate with operational teams and engineering to integrate EHS considerations into daily activities and decision-making processes, as well as in site and process design.Maintain records and documentation related to EHS initiatives, incidents, and compliance.Report mandatory EHS performance to authorities.Stay updated on industry-specific regulations and standards, ensuring the organization's practices remain compliant.Liaise with external agencies, authorities, and stakeholders on EHS matters.Monitor waste management and environmental practices to ensure sustainable operations.Provide reports and updates to senior management on the company's EHS performance and initiatives.Legal compliance of operations and permitting for operational changes. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. 5+ years of Experience in Health & Safety, preferably within Food and Beverage Manufacturing. Understanding of Lean six Sigma, and Food safety knowledge. Excellent command English language. SAP knowledge is a plus. Effective Communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
