Act as the face of Wheels, Inc. within the automobile industry, facilitating smooth car sales transactions.Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the selection and purchasing process of new vehicles.Maintain a deep knowledge of car specifications, features, and financing options to provide tailored recommendations.Achieve sales goals while developing strong client relationships to enhance repeat and referral business.Manage documentation related to vehicle sales, ensuring all transactions comply with company policies and legal guidelines.Greet and assist customers, providing detailed information on cars.Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features.Negotiate sale prices and close deals while maintaining honesty and integrity.Working Conditions: The job requires working in a dynamic and fast-paced car dealership environment.Regular working hours with the possibility of weekends and extended hours.Qualities and Traits: Proactive, with a customer-oriented mindset.Ability to work comfortably in a competitive sales environment.Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.RequirementsEducational Qualifications: A minimum of a Diploma degree is required.Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer servicepreferred.
