Let's do this!🚀 About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Administrator to join our global IT team. This person will be the first line of support for internal users, ensuring smooth operation of our systems and services.

You'll be responsible for managing and supporting a hybrid environment that includes Azure Active Directory, Entra ID, Google Workspace, Windows, macOS, network routing/switching, and SaaS tools. You will also help develop and implement policies, automate processes, and improve employee experience across the technology lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding. 🎯 Here's What You'll Be DoingServe as the first point of contact for internal IT support via helpdesk system (tickets), Slack, or emailManage user access, provisioning, and lifecycle in Microsoft Azure AD / Entra ID and Google WorkspaceAdminister and support devices running Windows and macOS using MDM tools (e. g.

, Intune, Jamf)Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure (routing, switching, VPN) across office and remote environmentsSupport Zoom, Google Meet, and other collaboration technologiesMonitor and respond to endpoint protection alerts; escalate as neededCollaborate with security and engineering teams on audits, compliance, and device posture controlsAssist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely account setup, asset provisioning, and access revocationMaintain asset inventory and documentation of IT procedures and systemsIdentify recurring issues and proactively recommend solutions or automationRequirements🔑 What You BringTo shine in this role, you'll need: Must-Have Technical Skills:

3+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or IT Support Administrator roleStrong hands-on experience with: Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Microsoft Entra IDGoogle Workspace administrationWindows 10/11 and macOS troubleshooting and configurationRouting and switching fundamentals (Cisco, Ubiquiti, or equivalent)Device management tools such as Intune, and Mac equivalentOffice 365, Slack, Zoom, Monday. comProficiency with endpoint security tools and identity access managementFamiliarity with VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and Wi-Fi troubleshootingSoft Skills & Traits:

Highly responsive and able to prioritize across competing needsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical and methodical troubleshooting mindsetSecurity-minded with strong attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed environmentExperience supporting or scripting in PowerShell or BashFamiliarity with Okta or other SSO/IdP solutionsExposure to ticketing platforms (e. g. , Jira Service Management, Zendesk)Experience in a startup or tech company with a remote-first or hybrid environmentFeeling unsure because you don't check every box?
