In this role, you will enable successful employment transitions by strengthening employer partnerships, enhancing candidate readiness, and ensuring a smooth placement journey.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployer Acquisition & Account ManagementManage a portfolio of hiring partners across healthcare and community care Proactively source job opportunities and maintain a healthy vacancy pipelinePresent and promote candidate profiles through a consultative, partnership-driven approachDrive placement decisions through disciplined follow-up and clear coordinationBuild long-term employer relationships to support recurring hiring needsCandidate Readiness & Conversion Enablement Identify readiness gaps and design targeted interventions to support job successImplement scalable readiness strategies to improve job-matching outcomesMaintain structured engagement touchpoints that sustain candidate momentumUse data and learner feedback to refine readiness approaches and increase placement conversionPlacement Operations & ReportingManage end-to-end placement process coordinationTrack placement pipelines and report progress, risks, and next stepsEnsure accurate documentation aligned with audit and programme requirementsAlumni Engagement Maintain a warm pool of alumni open to new opportunitiesReconnect alumni to support fast-turnaround placementsCandidate Profile2–5 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, account management, or career servicesDemonstrated success working toward KPIs or measurable outcomesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsStructured, solutions-oriented, and proactive in addressing challengesThrives in a dynamic environment with multiple prioritiesResilient, accountable, and committed to delivering end-to-end results
