Our client is an asset management firm with growth potentials in the region. They are looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team in Singapore.Key responsibilities:Provide executive assistance support to the senior managementManage calendars and travel arrangementProvide office management work such as vendor management, office supplies and facility maintenance etcSupport coordination of investor roadshows and meetingsWork as a team to organize AGM and fundraising eventsAssist in organizing and scheduling meetings for investorsAssist in uploading meeting notes and information onto the systemOther ad-hoc duties when necessaryKey requirements:At least 3 years of office management and executive assistance experienceAsset Management or financial services industry exposure is preferredMicrosoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Adaptability to work in a small office environmentOrganized, proactive, detailed-oriented, multi-taskingGood communication and interpersonal skillsInterested parties please send your resume to Loretta Chan at loretta@amethystasiapartners.comRegrettably only shortlisted candidates will be contactedEA License Number: 20C0180| Registration no: R1876188 |
