We are driven by creativity, excellence and a passion for storytelling through design.Full-time | Singapore | 10+ years’ experienceWe are seeking a highly capable Documentation Manager with strong imaginative and creative thinking skills to oversee and manage the documentation processes for Hachem across our Melbourne and Singapore teams.Key CompetenciesImaginative and creative thinking skillsAbility to analyse and critically assess problemsAbility to see the big picture as well as giving attention to the smallest detailAbility to communicate effectivelyKey RequirementsTertiary qualifications in Architecture or Interior Architecture10+ year of professional experience within the same industry or role. Ideally withhospitality experience.Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD and RevitGood proficiency in Rhino, GrasshopperGood knowledge of Adobe Suite and Microsoft OfficeExcellent documentation skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsJob ResponsibilitiesManagement of documentation of Hachem, including the Melbourne, Singapore and VietnamTeams.Work with the Principal Director, Associate/s and Project Manager to obtain a client brief todetermine the type, style and size of the building or the space within the building that is to bedesigned, built and/or refurbished.Participate in the construction administration of projects and provide adequate responses to allparts and conditions.Ensure documentation represents the design intent and is applicable for the use.Review and revise mark-up drawing sets to meet client and company specifications.Communicating with the client to problem solve any issues that may arise with the projects.Completing all tasks to Hachem Architects in house drafting standardsPlan, prepare and create documentation sets using AutoCAD and Revit in both 2D and 3D tocommunicate engineering designs or to produce shop drawings to allow for construction.Assist project teams in programming client needs, conceptual design, design development,construction documentation and construction administration.Organization of the planning process in terms of design, materials, building times and costsestimates.Plan projects and ensure that they meet agreed specification, budget and programs.Oversee building work.Prepare preliminary drawings and other documentation including sketches and scale drawings.Prepare architectural drawings and specifications for submission to town planning authorities.Prepare working drawings and specifications for use by builders.Assist in the consultation of engineers, designers, and other experts to achieve project objectives.Carry out site visits and oversee construction works to ensure compliance with specifications.Complete weekly timesheets and be responsible for effective time management.Adhere strictly to realistic project deadlines as assigned by the Principal Director and projectleads.Follow the Hachem filing system.Maintain the Revit library.Why Join Hachem?Work on high-profile hotel and hospitality projects across APAC.Be part of a collaborative, creative, and supportive studio.Opportunities for growth and professional development.Create impactful, guest-centered designs in a studio known for innovation and quality.How to ApplyPlease send your CV and portfolio (10MB max or link) to:📧 careers@hachem.com.auPortfolio must include:Clear and detailed Revit documentation.Applicants without Revit experience will not be considered.
