Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesPromote/sell/secure business from existing and prospective customers through consultative and solutions relationship-based approach.Manage and ensure the smooth handling of all day-to-day cargo booking activities for the Shanghai & Zhengzhou station.Coordinate sales efforts and requirements with reservation, accounting and operation teams.Liaise with Turkish Cargo Headquarter team for tracing and provide necessarily follow up with customersRespond to customers’ questions, problems, requests and/or complaints.Represent and promote Turkish Cargo within cargo industry community.Report to Shanghai Regional Cargo Manager.RequirementsDegree holder in Logistics or Business-related disciplines will be an advantage.Working experience in Airlines or Logistics related industry, knowledge in the cargo business with commercial sales, operations and business development will be an advantage.Highly developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.Result oriented and possessing strong negotiating skills.Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers.Must be receptive to flexible work hours, holiday/weekend coverage and travel expectations.Proficiency with PC Window applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point.If you are interested in this position, please kindly send your English resume to HGUNTEPE@THY.COM.
