Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role located in Jonestown, PA. The Carpenter will perform construction, installation, and repair tasks related to custom homebuilding, additions, and remodeling projects. Key responsibilities include handling carpentry assignments, operating hand and power tools, framing, and performing fine finish carpentry to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with project specifications. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Carpentry, including experience with framing and finish carpentryProven ability to operate and maintain Hand Tools and Power Tools effectivelyDetail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanshipAbility to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and work plansExperience in residential or custom home building is a plusExcellent teamwork and communication skillsDedication to maintaining a safe and organized work environment
