As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for creating, installing, and repairing wooden structures and fixtures throughout our facility. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.Construct, assemble, and install furniture, cabinets, doors, and other wooden structures according to design specificationsInspect, maintain, and repair all wooden elements throughout the facility to ensure safety and functionalityModify or adapt existing wooden structures to meet operational requirementsCollaborate with the maintenance team on renovation and refurbishment projectsEnsure all carpentry work meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and local safety regulationsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaProperly use, maintain, and store carpentry tools and equipmentAssist in inventory management of carpentry materials and report shortagesFollow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding work progress, material needs, and potential safety hazardsQualificationsProven experience as a carpenter in hospitality, construction, or similar environments (minimum 2-3 years)High school diploma or technical certificate in Carpentry or related fieldProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specificationsExtensive knowledge of hand and power tools, woodworking machinery, and safety proceduresStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanshipExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressurePhysical stamina and dexterity to perform carpentry tasksBasic math skills for accurate measurements and calculationsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesFamiliarity with local building codes and regulations in Madinah, Saudi Arabia (preferred)Flexibility to work shifts as requiredAbility to adapt to a dynamic work environment with exposure to wood dust and noise
