Job Responsibilities:Establish and manage client relationships: Responsible for planning, expanding, and managing client relationships.Lead sales projects: Lead teams, develop project strategies, oversee and execute bidding projects, and achieve cooperation agreements.Control the quality of contract transactions: Identify transaction risks among client groups, negotiate contracts, ensure the quality of contract signing, and monitor the quality of contract fulfillment to improve contract standards.Develop and implement business plans for client groups: Conduct market insights for client groups, formulate and execute target strategies, and make necessary adjustments.Job Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in sales-related roles, with experience in B2B sales and the ability to build client relationships.Able to deeply understand client pain points and needs, and effectively present solutions.Capable of independently managing most project development tasks or taking on key roles in sales projects; able to participate in project negotiations and successfully handle client demands and disagreements.Bachelor's degree or higher; Portuguese as a working language, with the ability to support daily business communication in English.
