You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through the early stages of their personal injury cases with care and precision. Your ability to stay organized, follow up proactively, and communicate clearly will make a real difference in their journey. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying on top of deadlines, and being a steady, reliable presence for both clients and the legal team.Schedule:Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (USA)Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:Managing cases from intake through demand preparationAnswering high volumes of client phone calls with professionalismRequesting and organizing medical records and other documentsMaintaining and updating client files in a structured, accessible mannerFollowing up with clients and courts to ensure case progressTracking deadlines, especially for document requestsWhat We’re Looking For:At least two years of experience in personal injury law preferredAbility to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneouslySpanish language skills preferred but not requiredFamiliarity with Case management from intake to demand, Document handling and organization, Deadline tracking and follow-up, High-volume phone communication, Client service and supportDetail-oriented and focusedResourceful and persistent -“No” is not an answerSelf-starter who works independentlyPersonable and empathetic communicatorStrong customer service mindsetReliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)Quiet, distraction-free remote work environmentWhat’s In It for You?
