As a Client Case Coordinator, you'll support clients through challenging times gathering records, verifying insurance, and ensuring cases stay on track. Your attention to detail and clear communication will make a real difference every day.Schedule:Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST (USA)Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and maintaining ongoing communicationRequesting, following up on, and tracking medical records from providers and healthcare facilitiesVerifying insurance coverage and updating internal records accordinglyManaging billing with medical providers to ensure accuracy and timely processingCoordinating and tracking outstanding balances after client treatment is completedMaintaining accurate case files, handling documentation, and following up on missing or incomplete recordsAssisting with property damage coordination for auto accident cases when neededSending letters of representation and supporting post-intake file developmentUsing RingCentral to conduct calls with clients and providersUpdating attorneys and paralegals on case progress and key findingsWhat We’re Looking For:At least two to three years of experience working as a case managerExperience in client-facing roles, with strong communication skillsAbility to request, track, and manage medical records and documentationFamiliarity with verifying insurance coverage and updating case filesStrong organizational skills for handling documentation and maintaining accurate recordsExperience preparing letters of representation and supporting file developmentProficiency using communication tools such as RingCentralStrong proficiency in written and spoken EnglishExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAn empathetic, client-centered demeanorStrong follow-up skills and persistence when working with providers and insurance companiesA highly motivated, self-starting attitude with the ability to take initiativeTransparency and trustworthiness in all interactionsAdaptability and a willingness to grow into expanded responsibilitiesStrong organization, reliability, and a focus on long-term successA value for education and proactive client serviceThe ability to balance compassion with assertivenessReliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)Quiet, distraction-free remote work environmentWhat’s In It for You?
