Our Head office is located in Mount Pritchard and supports businesses across NSW, QLD, VIC and the ACT.About The RoleWe are currently searching for a motivated Cash Control Officer to join our close-knit team on a part-time basis at our venue Halekulani Bowling Club located in Budgewoi, NSW!As a Cash Control Officer, you will be responsible for servicing the needs of internal and external customers whilst maintaining the clubs cash holdings in a confidential and accountable manner.More specifically, your duties will include but are not limited to:Balancing of all club monies and recording all transactionsPreparation of all club floats, including mini cash, CRT, Keno, Tab, Cash recycler, Bingo and TriviaChecking and receipting of clearance on a daily basisBalance all tills and floats when returned from Cash RecyclerPreparation of ATM and ATM fillingMinimise the clubs cash exposure during all operational hoursMaintaining maximum security and accountability of any other valuables stored within the CCOEnsure all equipment are functioningCompleting all worksheet listed on the CCO Check listHave sound knowledge of all compliance and work safety related to this roleTraining others where requiredAbout YouTo be successful for this role, you should have the following:Hold a current RSA and RCG, or be willing to obtainStrong reconciliation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamAbility to multi task and work under pressureStrong computer literacy skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and other PC platformsHigh level of professionalism with sensitivity to confidential issuesExcellent organisational, time management skills with a strong attention to detailAvailability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights and weekendsOur BenefitsSupportive and inclusive team and cultureFree onsite parkingOngoing learning and development opportunitiesUniforms providedWHY MOUNTIES?We have over 250,000 members and are listed as one of Australia’s top privately owned companies.
