Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions, while providing excellent customer service to clients.Job Responsibilities: - Day to day transactions processing on deposit and withdrawal functions Provide support to queries related to bank accounts, including responding to emails and phone calls. Ensure that control process such as signature verification, appropriate approval levels and callbacks are properly performed before sending the transactions to Operation by cutoff times. Manage day to dat exception handlings by closely engaging Front Office, Risk Management and Product Management to ensure that they are processed within policy parameters and acceptable risk appetite. Investigating discrepancies between system and internal records. Identifying areas for process improvements and implementing appropriate solutions. Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.Job Qualifications Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline. Minimum 2-3 years working experience in banking industry. Strong knowledge of banking products and services. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills in English language. Independent, proactive and able to work under pressure. A team player who is committed to deliver high quality service standards. Self motivated and driven to meet targets. Willingness to learn new things and take up new challenges.
