Job SummaryConceptualize a management-level dashboard to provide key market updates and performance indicators. The intended audience of the dashboard is PCL management. The intern is expected to present the concept and prototype to PCL HODs at the end of the internship.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalysis and Research Research macroeconomic trends, freight markets, supply and demand of tonnages, and support any thematic topic.Deep dive into latest uptake of energy saving devices by newbuilds and retrofits by existing vessels.Monitor vessel performance of PCL Fleet and build knowledge in latest sustainability standards and regulations relevant for maritime.Conduct landscape scan of sustainability initiatives in the maritime industry.Key RequirementsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)EducationOthers in Maritime Studies or Business
