Job description:Key Responsibilities:· Accurately process cash, cheque, and card payments from customers for vehicle services, parts, and sales.· Ensure all receipts, invoices, and payment records are correctly issued and documented.· Arrange and prepare bank deposits in compliance with company policies.· Close job cards promptly and ensure proper financial documentation.· Maintain accurate records of all transactions for auditing and reporting purposes.· Prepare and submit ad hoc reports, financial statements, and any other required documentation as needed.· Follow all financial guidelines and compliance measures to prevent fraud or errors.· Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to customers to enhance their experience.· Address customer queries related to payments, invoices, and financial transactions in a timely and helpful manner.· Collaborate with the finance and service teams to ensure seamless processing of transactions.· Support dealership operations with administrative tasks as required.· Ensure adherence & compliance to policies, procedures, standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct & values.Key Accountabilities:· Accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.· Maintain cash flow records, balance daily transactions, and reconcile discrepancies.· Compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.· Efficiency in completing month-end and year-end closing processes.· Support provided during audits with minimal findings.· Provide excellent customer service, maintaining the financial standards required to meet the business objectives.· Maintain goodwill and long-term loyalty of customers and partners through excellent service.· Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development.Skills and Qualifications:· High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (additional certification in finance or accounting is a plus).· Prior experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.· Basic knowledge of cash handling and transaction processing.· 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the automotive or Exchange Industry.· Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.· Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Excel).Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
