Based in Dubai, you will manage the complete business development lifecycle, from identifying and shaping new opportunities to negotiating, delivering, and closing high-value projects. As the key instigator of category growth, you will proactively generate opportunities, leveraging customer insights, market intelligence, and strong internal collaboration. You will support every phase of the pipeline, providing technical expertise, guiding specification proposals, ensuring compliance, and coordinating seamless project execution. Your ability to anticipate trends, map out strategic opportunities, and craft commercially sound proposals will be essential to establishing Sanipex Group as the supplier of choice for Home Automation solutions.About YouYou are someone who combines deep technical expertise, strong commercial understanding, strategic planning capabilities, polished presentation skills, and solid market connections. With in-depth experience delivering high-end luxury residential and hospitality projects, you are confident working closely with system integrators, interior designers, developers, and other senior stakeholders across the value chain. You excel at building trust, negotiating effectively, and managing multiple complex opportunities with precision and professionalism. A proactive, hands-on team player, you are ready to wear multiple hats to drive the successful launch and early-stage growth of this new product category.
