If so, this opportunity is designed for you.As a Category Manager, you will be at the heart of developing and executing sourcing strategies for raw materials. This is not a routine procurement role: it’s about driving change, delivering results, and shaping the future of sourcing in an agile, hands-on, and proactive culture.The Responsibilites:Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and build a competitive, reliable global supplier base aligned with the Group’s long-term vision.Ensure timely supply of high-quality raw materials at optimal cost and efficiency.Drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across procurement activities.Monitor market trends, anticipate risks, and identify opportunities for cost optimization, innovation, and sustainable growth.Act as a business partner who delivers measurable impact and supports the Group’s transformational journey.The Requirements:5–10 years of progressive experience in international procurement, with a proven track record in sourcing raw materials across Europe and globally.Degree in Chemical Engineering – essential to understand the technical aspects of the category.Solid expertise in sourcing raw materials in any of the industries (metallurgy, chemical industry, paints and coatings, construction, pyrotechnics, or additive manufacturing)Excellent English and personality and cultural fit are key: fast-thinking, agile, persistent, hands-on, proactive, resilient, and impact-driven.
