If these values resonate with you, this challenge may be of interest.We are recruiting a Head of Procurement to lead and optimize our procurement function within the Division, located in Warsaw, Poland.We are interested in you as a person; your attitude, behaviors and values.As long as you have the willingness to learn anything you need for the role that you don't already have, we'd love to speak to you.What you will be doing : You will work in a dynamic environment and be responsible for driving the company’s procurement strategy, ensuring compliance with sustainability goals, and supporting business continuity.You will develop and deploy tools and systems to improve procurement efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness (Dashboards, legal templates, reporting tools etc.).You will collaborate with global and local stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational excellence.You will oversee a team of category managers, directly manage key technical categories, lead the RFP process.If you have experience in Automotive business and Compliance & Sustainability, this is an added advantage.You will ensure procurement activities align with the company’s compliance and sustainability targets & manage procurement-related aspects during ISO, IATF and TISAX audits.You have a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Procurement Management, Business Administration or a related field.You have proven experience in procurement leadership roles, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.You have proficiency in procurement tools and systems, with a focus on driving digital transformation in procurement processes (you know how to use SAP).We all shape our lives individually.
