Job OverviewThe Catering Manager/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily catering operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality food service, compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and excellent customer satisfaction. This position leads and motivates catering teams, manages resources efficiently, and maintains operational excellence across all catering activities.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, Food Service, Business Administration, or related field. Experience:For Catering Manager: Minimum 6–10+ years in catering or hospitality operations with at least 3 years in a managerial role. For Catering Supervisor: Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in catering or food service supervision. Strong understanding of food production, service standards, and customer service excellence. Knowledge of food safety protocols (HACCP/ISO standards) and health regulations. Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills. Language: English fluency; Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
