CCaaS Implementation Architect - REMOTE

We are currently looking for a CCaaS Implementation Architect in United States.In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design and deployment of complex CCaaS architectures for large-scale transformation programs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guiding both technical and non-technical stakeholders through strategic, operational, and architectural decision-making. This position requires a strong balance of hands-on technical depth, solution ownership, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities. You will play a key role in shaping customer experience ecosystems, optimizing processes, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.
