TrendingJob DescriptionLead the operations, commercial performance, and customer experience of a 25,000 sqm sports and entertainment facility. As part of the senior management team, the role drives strategy, compliance, SOPs, financial performance, and team leadership to ensure business success.II. Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary liaison with project owners and development team pre- and post-opening.Manage partnerships with service providers, sponsors, and suppliers.Drive revenue growth, control costs, and manage P&L and budgets.Deliver accurate financial/operational reports and recommendations.Establish and enforce SOPs aligned with global best practices.Work with marketing to maximise commercial opportunities.Oversee customer journey, acquisition/retention, and service standards.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.Recruit, develop, and retain staff; build a high-performance culture.Act as Manager on Duty during peak periods to ensure smooth operations.Represent the facility as brand ambassador with integrity and professionalism.III. Qualifications & Skills10+ years relevant experience, incl. 3–5 years in senior management (sports, leisure, fitness, or related).Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree, Or Equivalent Qualifications/experience.Proven leadership of medium/large teams (30+ staff).Strong financial management (budgeting, P&L, forecasting).Experience launching/scaling facilities or startups.UAE market knowledge preferred; international experience a plus.Sales and marketing acumen with ability to influence stakeholders.Excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on leadership.IV.
