Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist located in Tirana. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for daily receptionist duties such as managing phone calls, greeting guests, and handling check-ins and check-outs. Additional tasks include maintaining front office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and hotel staff.
