Centre Manager – Lead a Vibrant OOSH Service on the Northern BeachesWe’re seeking an experienced, confident Centre Manager to take the lead at our high-capacity, P&C-run OOSH service in the heart of Sydney’s Northern Beaches.With up to 300 children in care during peak times, this is a dynamic leadership role suited to someone who thrives on responsibility, builds strong teams, and knows what quality looks like in out-of-school hours care.You’ll report to and work closely with the General Manager and P&C committee to ensure the service runs smoothly, safely and in line with National Quality Framework requirements, while shaping a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment for children, families, and educators.What you’ll be responsible forLeading day-to-day operations across before, after, and vacation careEnsuring full compliance with NQF, NQS, and MTOP V2.0Overseeing and mentoring a team of educators and senior staffDriving a positive, accountable and community-focused cultureSupporting the development and delivery of engaging programsManaging rostering, resourcing, inclusion support, and WHS obligationsActing as the Nominated Supervisor and key contact for regulationWhat we’re looking forMinimum 4 years' experience as a Centre Director (including 18+ months in a large service)Deep understanding of NQF, National Regulations, and the MTOP frameworkStrong leadership, problem-solving and people management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilitiesRelevant Early Childhood or OSHC qualificationWWCC, Child Protection, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)What we offerA purpose-led, not-for-profit centre run by a supportive P&C committeeDedicated OSHC spaces with excellent indoor and outdoor facilitiesA positive, experienced team committed to quality careA scope for growth and development
