With 10M+ learners across 100+ countries and 300+ global university partners, upGrad helps professionals build strong, long-term careers.Role Overview : As the Centre Manager for Jaipur, you will lead the Offline Learning Centre’s overall performance—sales, operations, and learner success. You will run the centre like an independent business unit: driving admissions, building a strong team, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring an excellent learner experience.Key Responsibilities : Drive centre admissions, revenue, and overall performance.Lead and mentor counsellors, telecallers, and faculty to achieve targets.Monitor centre KPIs—enrolments, conversions, revenue, satisfaction.Manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflows.Implement local marketing strategies to increase walk-ins and visibility.Ensure high learner satisfaction, retention, and referral rates.Maintain compliance, quality, and standard operating procedures.Act as the communication bridge between learners, staff, and central teams.Skills & Experience : Graduate/Postgraduate with 3+ years of sales or centre management experience (EdTech preferred).Strong leadership and team-management skills.Proven ability to deliver revenue and operational excellence.Excellent communication, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills.High ownership mindset and ability to work with targets.
