Role Description We are seeking a Certified Pilates Instructor and Strength Coach for a full-time, on-site position in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The role involves leading Pilates classes, providing group exercise sessions, guiding clients in strength-building techniques, and assisting in injury prevention. Additionally, the role requires fostering a positive and encouraging environment while delivering exceptional customer service and tailored fitness programs to meet individual client needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Pilates Instruction and Group Exercise techniques.Knowledge and experience in Physical Therapy and injury prevention methods.Strong Customer Service and Teaching skills to effectively guide and support clients.Ability to develop personalized exercise plans and maintain a motivational environment.Certification in Pilates instruction and relevant fitness or therapy qualifications is required.Prior experience working in a client-facing or fitness-related role is highly advantageous.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to improving clients’ physical performance and well-being.
