Rigid Box Supervisor – Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Rigid Box Supervisor to lead our production team.Location: KuwaitImmediate joining requiredResponsibilities:Supervise daily rigid box productionLead a team of rigid box makers / hardcover bindersEnsure quality, accuracy, and timely outputCoordinate cutting, wrapping, pasting, and box assemblySolve production issues and maintain workflow efficiencyRequirements:Minimum 3 years experience in rigid box manufacturingStrong knowledge of kappa board, greyboard, pasting & wrappingLeadership skills and ability to manage 15–20 workersAbility to work under deadlines and maintain quality
