DescriptionOkoora is a high-velocity fintech company building the global infrastructure layer for FX risk management, cross-border payments, and financial automation. Our flagship product, FX360, enables businesses and financial platforms to manage currency exposure and international flows seamlessly.Okoora is now entering a critical growth phase- post-product, post-revenue, and preparing for a significant equity round and IPO readiness within two years. The company operates with entities in Switzerland, Israel, and Cyprus.The CFO will serve as a strategic and operational leader responsible for building Okoora’s financial infrastructure from the ground up. This role requires a hands-on, intelligent, and execution-driven professional who can transform a fragmented financial operation into a world-class finance organization.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild a high-performing finance department covering accounting, FP&A, treasury, payments, and control.Lead the migration from Hashavshevet to NetSuite, including process automation and system integration.Establish complete financial visibility: monthly closing within +5 days, audited financials, real-time dashboards.Design and enforce IFRS 15/9-compliant revenue recognition and cost models.Manage multi-entity and multi-currency reporting across Switzerland, Israel, and Cyprus.Oversee banking relationships, credit facilities, loans, and investor reporting.Partner with the CEO on fundraising, board communication, and investor due diligence.Implement strong controls: segregation of duties (SoD), payment governance, and audit readiness.Build and mentor a small, agile team: controller, accountants, and FP&A analyst.Requirements10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, with proven success in building finance functions from scratch in fast-scaling tech or fintech environments.Solid background in IFRS reporting, financial consolidation, and internal controls.Experience preparing companies for fundraising and/or IPO readiness.Hands-on experience with ERP implementation (preferably NetSuite).Strong command of FP&A, revenue modeling, and financial planning for SaaS or infrastructure-based business models.Proven ability to manage multi-entity, multi-currency environments.Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew.
