制定全球采购战略规划，聚焦食品原料（茶叶、牛奶、鲜果等）、包材、设备等核心品类，搭建全球供应商储备库，降低单一区域依赖风险，提升应对价格波动的抗风险能力。 2. 挖掘全球特色原料资源，主导拓展海外优质供应商，为新品研发提供多元化原料支持，推动产品创新与差异化竞争。 3. 主导国际大型供应商的谈判与合作，建立长期稳定的战略合作伙伴关系，优化采购成本与供应链效率。 4. 联动产研、Marketing等跨部门团队，基于市场趋势与消费者需求，规划原料布局与新品采购方向，赋能业务增长。 5. 搭建并带领全球采购团队，构建高效的全球采购管理体系，推动团队专业能力提升。
