该职位来源于猎聘 Overview of Position As a Project Buyer at Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Development, The role encompasses proactive supply chain activities, rigorous budget management, and making early buying decisions to secure the most favorable prices, terms, and conditions from our suppliers Manage purchasing operations within a defined organizational unit and a defined portfolio of products & components (parts / items) or suppliers with a specific focus on operational sourcing, buying, delivery and inventory optimization, while managing ERP & other purchasing systems and maintaining relevant current data and information. Working within an operational team you will Source within Strategy and Supplier Agreement, buy in line with the work queue, enable payment, identify, prioritize, mitigate and resolve delivery issues within the external supply chain, whilst ensuring that any inventory is optimized. from project responsibility, will serve as a crucial interface between the supply chain and the customer project team. Your role is critical in driving projects to success, acting as the key point of contact for the Project and managing the Project Milestone Plan from a supply chain perspective. This role involves coordinating project procurement activities with GCMs, SQMs, and Strategic and Ops Buyers to ensure project delivery. Have a working knowledge of the load and capacity factors that could potentially affect the supply chains ability to deliver the plan and offer mitigations to alleviate these.
