该职位来源于猎聘 【职位描述】Review and analyze the forecast demand versus actual demand, understanding changes and trendsFacilitate monthly demand forecast aggregation and order placing, including consensus between functions and stakeholdersCreate and drive continuous improvement of demand planning and S&OP processesInvolve in buying sessions on buy analysis, order template and order consolidationCreate pre-season tools to hindsight sales and inventory plans that support product strategies.Assist with stores’ stock request and stock transfer, participate in the development of statistical models to optimize safety stocksTracking on Goods receiving/New shipments and Allocation supportingStore Assortment Allocation: Responsible for the store assortment set up. Improving the store differentiation strategy and leasing with Operation/Stores to continue monitor and improve sales/customer care.Preparing product and collection launches: launch pack, training materials, VM focus, etc.Prepare weekly/monthly/Seasonal reports and ad-hoc sales reports/ stock updateAnalyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities by Market, Division and Department.Others related Merchandising works need to support【任职要求】 1. 5 years or above related working experience in merchandising or fashion industry experienceLogical, sensitive to detail, good communication skills both verbal and written, and teamwork spiritBe familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointStrong sense of responsibility, passionate at work, self-motivated, eager to learn.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently with excellent time-management skills.
