Job Description

Main Responsibilities: Leading the strategic category roadmap & vision to achieve defined business objective across all brand/product categories with the goal of fostering category growthAccountable for the overall of category business performance (P&L) and portfolio across distribution channels and deliver sales and profits within agreed targets/budgetsLead team to identify sales, cost, profit opportunities across SKU's and categories through deep-dive analysis and research, including; assessment of product categories, competitive benchmarking, market insights, and extensive SKU's and category gap analysisManage team to identify new product/category opportunities and space allocation in-store to support and align with business directionManage team to oversee development of category assortment, promotional, pricing and distribution channel plans to ensure business achieve the financial targets on a weekly, monthly and annual basisDevelop and strengthen strategic relationships with all key accounts (i.e. Wet market, Food service, and Modern trade) to accomplish category growth and long-term company objectives Create and execute an integrated "Go to Market" plan in coordination with marketing and sales channel leaders to determine competitive position of products Collaborate with cross-functional functions (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Business Unit, Product, and R&D) to effectively activate ideas and opportunities for market expansion and generate strategy or change initiativesMonitor category and distribution channel performance using key metrics and reporting to business unit head and senior management Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, FinanceAt least 10 years of working experience in related field i.e. Category Management, Channel, Marketing Development, Trade Marketing in FMCG and Retail industries is a plusHigh analytical acumen with ability to drive and translate insights into relevantExcellent in excel, financial model and in depth analysisStrong leadership, strategic thinking and analytical skillGood command in English and communication skillsGood communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
