An award-winning online broker in forex, stocks, crypto, gold, CFD’s and commodities, is looking to hire a corporate governance executive for their new operation in Guernsey. The successful candidate will join a talented and diverse group of professionals developing and implementing the best practices for good corporate governance across the group’s portfolio of companies. Play a key part in maintaining the integrity of the organisation by ensuring that all of our client’s offices across the world comply with relevant statutory regulations, obligations and legislative requirements.
If you wish to gain insight into the multiple jurisdictions within which our client operates and get real-world exposure in an in-house setting, you will find this role exciting and fulfilling. To be suitable for this role, you will have a university degree in a related field, at least one year’s experience in corporate governance or with a corporate services provider, proficiency in Microsoft Office (other major office suites are advantageous), attention to detail, excellent organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and excellent English communication skills.
