Our client is a small trust company in Guernsey with a steadily growing diverse client base. On their behalf we are looking to fill a newly created position as head of client services. The role-holder will have full responsibility for the effective daily management of the administrative team. Take responsibility for a designated portfolio of clients and delegate others to the team. Applicants should have a good understanding of the Guernsey regulatory environment. Have demonstrable experience in ensuring good corporate governance.
As a team leader the successful applicant will be expected to show a positive attitude and be an ambassador for the company. There will be the occasional need to travel to meet and present to existing and new clients and stake-holders. A professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA. CGI will be expected.
