Ensure high levels of accuracy in customer transactions, data updates, and rate changes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and spreadsheets. Confident in handling client queries across various communication channels. Desirable Qualifications & ExperienceCeMAP or a relevant financial qualification. Understanding of the conveyancing process in the Channel Islands, UK, and Scotland. Experience in mortgage services or financial operations.
