Key responsibilitiesProviding excellent customer service by promptly responding to enquiries and addressing customer concerns. Demonstrate high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate with customer queries in a timely and accurate manner by phone, email and mail. Maintain organised customer records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. To work as one team, collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
