A leading Bank is seeking a skilled and proactive Operational Risk Manager to support the delivery of the Operational Risk Management programmes. This is a key role responsible for developing and maintaining robust frameworks and strategies aligned with industry best practices and regulatory expectations. The successful candidate will collaborate across business units to assess, monitor, and mitigate risks, lead incident and complaints handling processes, support risk assessments, and ensure timely reporting to senior stakeholders.
