We are seeking a highly efficient, professional, and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Guernsey. The role involves providing excellent customer service through telephone calls, emails, and personal interactions at the office. You will be the face of Skipton International, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors as well as supporting the Customer Operations team with administrative duties. Key AccountabilitiesGreeting, clients, visitors, and guests; determining the purpose of each person’s visit and directing them to the appropriate contact in the office Arranging travel and taxis for business and clients as required.
Arranging lunch/refreshments for leadership team where required. Managing the booking of meeting rooms and setting up accordingly for client visits, senior executive visits accordingly. Prepping meeting packs under the direction of the Senior Executive Assistant. Provide admin support to the Customer Operations TeamRequirementsA-C in Maths and English at GCSE level or equivalent experience (a Banking Certificate would be a bonus)Excellent communication skills. Experience in dealing with customers and customer dissatisfaction. Experience in learning new products.
