Open up opportunities with HPE.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel & Partner Ecosystem Sales Manager to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their success, and driving mutual growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping partners maximize the value of our solutions and achieve their business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Channel & Partner Ecosystem Sales Manager leads the Partner Ecosystem Sales community to success.Develops and maintains long-term relationships with strategic partners.Organizes the direct reports team and adapts the resource mix to maximize the team’s and HPE’s achievement, market coverage and financial performanceCoaches to assure best in class individual and team sales performanceCommunicates effectively to set direction for the team in line with the company’s vision and strategy.Manages escalations to solution, and solution to opportunity.Monitors partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Provides training, guidance, and support to partners on our products and services.Collaborates with internal teams and stakeholders (categories, HR, legal, other sales teams) across business units to maximize customer success and partner’s satisfaction.QualificationsProven experience (preferably 8-10+ years) in partner ecosystem management, account management, or a similar role (including success in achieving progressively higher sales goals).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with partners.Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.Vertical/Industry Knowledge preferred: Understands industry drivers, trends, best practices, and customer needs.IT Industry Acumen: Builds and maintains up-to-date knowledge of IT industry developments and technology trends with potential impacts to our customers.Experience mentoring other sales professional and other employees.Prefer experience leading, indirectly managing, or influencing high performing sales teams (through stretch assignments, sales engagements, virtual team projects, etc.).Demonstrated project management skills.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Additional SkillsAccountability, Accountability, Active Learning, Active Listening, Assertiveness, Bias, Building Rapport, Buyer Personas, Coaching, Complex Sales, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Cross-Functional Teamwork, Customer Experience Strategy, Customer Interactions, Design Thinking, Empathy, Financial Acumen, Follow-Through, Growth Mindset, Identifying Sales Opportunities, Industry Knowledge, Intellectual Curiosity (Inactive), Long Term Planning, Managing Ambiguity {+ 6 more}What We Can Offer YouHealth & WellbeingWe strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.Personal & Professional DevelopmentWe also invest in your career because the better you are, the better we all are.
