Job Description

Product ManagerWe’re looking for a dynamic and driven Product Manager to take ownership of vendor relationships, maximize product performance, and support our sales and channel teams in achieving business growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, a proactive mindset, and a passion for developing successful go-to-market strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong strategic relationships with vendors to meet sales targets and drive profitability.Collaborate closely with Channel Sales and Business Development teams to position product offerings effectively and deliver customer-focused solutions.Plan and execute product promotions, campaigns, and training programs to strengthen channel engagement and increase market share.Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that align with vendor objectives and business goals.Work with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance) to ensure seamless execution of pricing, programs, and processes.Support the sales team by providing product expertise, promotional materials, and training sessions to enhance sales effectiveness.Monitor and analyze sales performance, marketing outcomes, and vendor programs to identify growth opportunities.Prepare and present regular business reviews and performance reports to management and vendors.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in the networking, cybersecurity, or unified communications industry.Strong sales and relationship management skills, with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage vendors and partners at all levels.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven, with a positive and collaborative attitude.This is in partnership with the Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd (“e2i”).e2i is the empowering network for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions. e2i serves as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training, and job redesign solutions. e2i is a tripartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress set up to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.By applying for this role, you consent to Beecruit’s PDPA and e2i’s PDPA.
