We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Solar Inverter Sales Channel Manager to drive our sales strategy and expand our market presence in the solar inverter sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy systems, particularly in inverter technology, and a proven track record in developing and managing sales channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for our solar inverter productsIdentify, recruit, and manage a network of distributors, resellers, and system integratorsProvide technical and sales training to channel partners on our inverter product lineAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategiesMeet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipelineCollaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials for channel partnersRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferencesProvide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and channel partner activitiesWork closely with the product development team to provide market feedback and suggest product improvementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field; MBA is a plusMinimum 3 years of experience in solar inverter sales or related solar energy productsProven track record in developing and managing successful sales channelsStrong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, particularly inverter technologyExcellent understanding of the solar energy market, including regulations and incentivesDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationshipsOutstanding communication and presentation skillsProficiency in CRM software and MS Office suiteWillingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time)
