Lead and drive the Sales team/Customer/Channel agenda in the business, including cross-company processes such as Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Net Revenue Management (NRM).What You Will DoDeploy 4P strategy across all channels and customers to drive excellenceLead Sales and Marketing Activity Calendar for NPD, promotions, and campaignsEnsure timely and budget-compliant execution of planned activitiesOwn promotional planning process and lead category management with key customersMonitor market trends, shopper insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunitiesDrive the ROI mindset and efficiency in spend for profitable growth.So, what does it take to be successful in this role?3+ years in category management or key account managementStrong engagement, presentation, and communication skillsAbility to lead and influence cross-functional teamsExperience with data tools (Tableau, Data Orbis, Kantar)Background in FMCG industry.What’s next?If you recognise yourself in this profile, please hit the apply button now and submit your application.
