We offer personalized luxury charters across Bali, the Nusa Islands, and the Gili Islands—crafted with attention to detail, premium service, and a focus on comfort, style, and adventure.Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Charter Admin to support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination of yacht charter bookings. This role involves managing client inquiries, preparing booking documentation, coordinating with the operations team, and maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout the charter process. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage charter bookings from inquiry to post-charter follow-up, ensuring a seamless client experience.Coordinate with captains, crew, and operations teams to confirm itineraries, schedules, and special requests.Prepare and maintain booking records, contracts, invoices, and other administrative documents.Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information about charter packages, pricing, and availability.Support the sales and marketing team with booking updates, reports, and client data management.Monitor payment schedules and ensure all necessary documentation is complete before departure.Assist in resolving operational or client issues quickly and professionally.Maintain clear communication between clients, crew, and internal departments.QualificationsDiploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Office Administration, Management, or Tourism.Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, operations, or charter-related roles (experience in land, sea, or air transport is a plus).Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.Strong customer service and sales skills.Knowledge of yacht operations and maritime regulations is an advantage.Flexibility to work on weekends or outside office hours when required.What We OfferThe opportunity to work with a prestigious brand in the luxury yachting industry.A supportive and professional work environment with a focus on growth and teamwork.Career development opportunities within the company.Hands-on experience in yacht operations, client relations, and charter management.
