As a Chef De Partie, you will oversee your assigned kitchen station, mainly will be banquet, ensuring high-quality preparation of dishes. Responsibilities include managing food preparation, supporting menu development, maintaining quality control, and training junior staff. You will collaborate with the culinary team to uphold the highest standards of operational excellence and deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests.QualificationsExtensive skills in food preparation, plating, and cooking techniques.Knowledge of kitchen operations, menu planning, and inventory management.Ability to train and mentor junior kitchen staff effectively.Commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards.Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.Previous experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining is an advantage.Culinary certification or relevant professional qualifications would be essential.
