The Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of high-quality meals, adhering to safe and hygienic food practices, and managing the kitchen operations. Daily tasks include planning menus, sourcing fresh ingredients, maintaining inventory, ensuring timely meal preparation, and supervising kitchen staff to provide a seamless dining experience.The chefs we will hire will progress into the following roles - Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, and Rotisseur / Grill Chef.
