About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior AI Engineer & Generative AI to lead the design and delivery of advanced AI solutions for clients. This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and client engagement. You will translate business needs into scalable, production-ready AI systems while guiding engineering standards across multiple projects.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical LeadershipDesign and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based systemsOwn architecture, model selection, and implementation decisionsBuild scalable ML pipelines, RAG systems, and vector-based retrieval solutionsEnsure production readiness, performance, security, and cost efficiencyEstablish best practices in data processing, evaluation, and MLOpsClient EngagementServe as the technical lead for AI-related client discussionsTranslate business requirements into clear technical solutionsPresent demos, progress updates, and manage expectations on AI capabilitiesProject DeliveryLead AI engineering across multiple concurrent projectsBalance team capacity and manage technical trade-offsPartner with Project Managers to estimate effort and mitigate risksInnovationStay current with AI and Generative AI advancementsDrive experimentation and continuous improvement of tools and processesRequirements4+ years in software engineering4+ years building ML/AI systems; 3+ years deploying to productionStrong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learnHands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models)Solid understanding of ML algorithms, LLM architectures, data pipelines, and evaluation methodsExperience with MLOps tools and production AI systemsStrong client communication and ownership mindsetNice to HaveExperience with AWS, GCP, or AzureFamiliarity with vector databases, RAG architectures, and advanced MLOps workflows
