Job Title – Chief AccountantType - OutsourcedContract Duration- Long Term (Preferred Immediate Joiners)Work Location – Al Mankhool, DubaiSalary – AED 14000- 15000Working days & timings – 5 days workMandatory details/Skills – Prior experience in UAE VAT, Accounts Payable, Accounts receivableKey ResponsibilitiesLeadership & SupervisionManage and lead the accounting team, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies.Allocate tasks within the accountancy section to meet deadlines.Financial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis.Budgeting & PlanningDevelop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.Contribute to annual revenue and capital budgets.Compliance & AuditsEnsure compliance with accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.Oversee internal and external audits.Tax & Treasury ManagementEnsure timely tax filings and compliance with UAE tax regulations.Manage treasury and banking functions in line with organizational requirements.Systems & Process ImprovementAssist with planning, testing, and implementation of financial systems.Ensure effective operation of creditor payments and grant claims.Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with auditors, financial institutions, and internal teams.Provide financial input for reports to committees and working groups.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting; CA/CPA/ACCA preferred.Experience: Minimum 7+ years in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.Technical Skills:Proficiency in accounting software (MS Dynamics preferred).Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws and IFRS.Soft Skills:Leadership and team management.Analytical and strategic thinking.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.RegardsTASC RecruitmentTeam
