As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team.About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring robust governance, risk management, and compliance across our operations. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of real estate development experience, Big Four audit expertise, and professional qualifications such as CA or CPA. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute internal audit engagements across financial, operational, and compliance areas.Assess and strengthen internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance processes.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management for process improvements.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of transparency and accountability.Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to executive leadership.What We’re Looking For: Someone with relevant industry experience combined with Professional Certification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is mandatory.
